I'm not particularly interested in bodyswaps, but when I saw this image and got this idea, I decided to give writing it a shot anyway. Hopefully people don't have too much trouble figuring out who is who where.
"Y-you still have it! Please, please give me my body back, or.. at least make me a man again! No, I-I can't live like this, you have my money, all of it. I know you can definitely give me.. some of it, I.. I need it, please..?!"
The girl pathetically begs as she pulls on the boy's leg and crotch. She was surprised to see that he had left her body unchanged, but didn't realise that the power that switched them wasn't his own.
Only a day ago, Brandon was a rather egotistical young man. Much to his wealthy family's disappointment, he had grown to seriously look down on the poor. Since he did seem to take his studies serious though, they never did anything about it.
Lucy on the other hand was in many ways Brandon's opposite, the only thing they really shared was their studious nature. Though a reserved person, Lucy was a hard worker, who moved out of her family's home in order to pursue academics.
To afford her apartment she worked a part-time job at a é. Despite it being tiring, especially in combination with her studies, she put up with it.
One day, Brandon heard her complaining about it a bit to one of her classmates, to which he immediately concluded she must be incredibly poor.
"Lucy, please keep your distance from me. I know being poor isn't exactly infectious, but... I really don't want you anywhere near me."
"Brandon.. you get that I'm not actually poor, right? Sure, I need to work four to five days a week to afford my apartment, but I'm making it work."
"... That many days a week? Then it's only a matter of time before you forget to take a shower one of these days. Definitely stay away from me."
It was clear that Brandon wouldn't be willing to accept any kind of reasoning from her, so there was no point in trying. Lucy sighs, and quietly walks to her desk. She opens the drawer under it to take out her pen.
To her surprise though, she finds a note addressed to her. Though she couldn't put her finger on it, she could tell that there was something off about it as she began to read it.
"Dear Lucy, A while ago I noticed your situation and Brandon's actions. Watching it has been quite frustrating to me, so I wanted to give you the chance to make him understand.
All you need to do is sign this letter, from there on, you two can decide for yourselves how to continue."
She thinks about it for a bit. It's probably some kind of joke, and there was no indication of who it came from. But... if it was true, she would very much like that.
And if it wasn't, the worst that could happen was that someone would laugh at her.
She shrugs, and puts her signature at the bottom.
Suddenly, Brandon finds himself sitting at a desk. In front of him is a note, on which the letters are somehow moving around. Though he couldn't see what was written before, it now seems to be a note addressed to Lucy.
"Lucy, you deserve this. There's nothing more to say."
Somehow his signature is at the bottom, even though he had never seen this letter before. He rubs his eyes, and begins to realise that his hands and face feel off.
As he looks at his dainty hands, he slowly starts to become aware that things about his body feel off. It's not just his hands that are feminine, it's also his face. There's an odd weight on his head and chest, and cool air around his thigh.
He slowly looks down, and confirms his suspicions as he is met with what is unmistakably a girl's body. She holds back a shocked gasp, and begins to look around for a clue of what had happened. Near what she knows as her desk, she sees herself, or at least her body.
After quickly checking the colour of her hair, she discreetly walks over to "Brandon".
"... Why are you in my body?.."
"B-Brandon? I-I'm in your body too, this is weird..."
"L-Lucy!? Did you steal my body!? You'd better fix this! And, I-I don't talk like that, so stop."
Brandon, or at least the person in his body opens his mouth, but then seems to reconsider what he is about to say.
"I... am uncomfortable in this body too, so... I will fix it. Take good care of my life and body too, and I might help you too. You.. know how to as well, right?"
"Ngh-! Now that you mention it.. I somehow do. ... Humph! Your job seems easy enough, and the low pay appropriate."
"Lucy" stomps back towards her desk, not wanting to talk to "Brandon" any further, she decides to live as Lucy for the day. As the day goes on she grows somewhat nervous though.
She was certain that Lucy's life and job would be easy, even if it was beneath her. But she can see how uncomfortable he is in her body, and fears that there's nothing to stop him from messing up her body...
